With so much wonderful telly to choose from and, in theory, more time to enjoy it, we were interested to find out how the TV viewing habits of some of the best in the business might have changed since the UK entered lockdown. Find out which box-sets they're "smashing", which TV character their colleagues think they are most like, and discover a surprising TV guilty pleasure or two.

Claudine Collins, Chief Client Officer, MediaCom

What’s lifting your spirits on TV right now? Ant and Dec. They always make me smile!

Any new TV discoveries, or re-watching any favourites? Loving Belgravia

What is your TV guilty pleasure? Gogglebox and Coronation Street

How has lockdown changed your TV viewing? I have watched a lot of news programmes and early morning TV.

Which TV character would your colleagues say you are most like? The woman off The Apprentice who does the interviews!

Dom Dwight, Marketing Director, Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate

What’s lifting your spirits on TV right now?
My wife and I have been enjoying working our way through the whole of Seinfeld via All 4 – we’re introducing our son to it because he’s just hit the perfect age to enjoy it. Celebrity Bake Off and Gogglebox have been keeping our spirits up too.

Any new TV discoveries, or re-watching any favourites?
I discovered the Japanese/English thriller Giri/Haji which was particularly good, and like a lot of people, we were completely hooked on Tiger King! We’ve also been revisiting old films and sharing them with our teenage kids. My son is loving The Matrix on NOW TV.

How has lockdown changed your TV viewing?
Loads more binge-watching. We’re smashing through box-sets and films from every available streaming service, and recording anything good we can find too. Interestingly, the only change to my live TV viewing habits has been that I’ve been watching the news more every day (BBC and Channel 4).

Which TV star would your colleagues say you are most like?
Larry David!

Lisa Thomas, Chief Brand Officer, Virgin

Any new TV discoveries, or re-watching any favourites? We are watching Breaking Bad for the first time (the shame) and are also catching up on MotherFatherSon, which I am loving.

What is your TV guilty pleasure? I wish I had something shocking to share (it used to be Blind Date, but that is a while ago!) - Killing Eve, Fleabag, and The Handmaid’s Tale.

How has lockdown changed your TV viewing? It hasn’t really other than I am watching family films more regularly and have at least one box set on the go, which I watch most nights.

Which TV character would your colleagues say you are most like? Have no idea what my colleagues would say, but my boys think I am like Claire from Modern Family (mostly to wind me up because I loathe Phil).

Dino Myers-Lamptey, Founder, The Barber Shop

What’s lifting your spirits on TV right now?
Westworld (Season 2) on Sky On Demand. I noticed Season 3 was out, but as I started watching I realised I had already missed Season 2!

Any new TV discoveries, or re-watching any favourites?
I'm giving the kids an education in the classics like The Simpsons and Lego Masters, but I've also been told to add the ITV drama Quiz to my list.

What is your TV guilty pleasure?
Does watching Peppa Pig for ideas of things to do with the kids count?

How has lockdown changed your TV viewing?
Every day of lockdown has flown by, through working with badly-affected businesses, homeschooling, cooking, the shop, the walk, and the multiple things on the to-do list.  The completely different routine has meant TV is usually a 10:30pm moment now.

Which TV character would your colleagues say you are most like?
Who knows, can I say Jack Bauer? I mean, I've only ever watched one season of 24 (over about two days at Christmas), but it did feel a little familiar.

Andrew Stephens, Co-Founder, Goodstuff

What’s lifting your spirits on TV right now?
Quiz on ITV

What is your TV guilty pleasure?
Countryfile

How has lockdown changed your TV viewing?
I watch a fair bit anyway, but I’m taking the opportunity to watch some box sets on Netflix & The Thick of It on BritBox.

Which TV character would your colleagues say you are most like?
I have quite a range here from agency lookalikes boards and none particularly complementary…from Business Mouse to Declan Donnelly to Sport Billy to Millhouse.
