Professor Hannah Fry

Mathematician, Author & Broadcaster

Mathematician and broadcaster Hannah Fry is Professor of the Public Understanding of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge,

the first person to ever hold the title. She is a fellow of Queens' College, Cambridge, and president of the Institute of Mathematics and

its Applications, and was a Professor in the Mathematics of Cities at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at UCL where she

studied patterns in human behaviour. As well as her academic work, Hannah is a regular presenter of science and maths programmes and co-hosts the podcast The Rest is Science.

Hannah is known for her joyful ability to bring mathematical ideas to life for audiences of all interests and abilities. Hannah considers the maths of the everyday; how numbers and formulae can explain behaviours, predict events, change lives and reveal the truth behind commonly held myths. She also examines the insights data can provide, as well as where its limitations are.

Karen Martin

CEO, BBH London & Dublin

She is renowned for being the most hands-on CEO in the industry, taking an active role in the growth of all of our clients. As President of the IPA, Karen has marked a clear agenda to revitalise the industry by celebrating the immense value that creativity brings to business success, the economy, and culture.

Felipe Serradourada Guimarães

Chief Creative Officer, BBH London & Dublin

Felipe Serradourada Guimaraes is Chief Creative Officer of BBH London and Dublin, one of the world's most famous agencies. As the agency's creative leader, Felipe oversees creative output across the agency's entire client portfolio, collaborating across the department to make iconic work, deliver impact for brands and steer BBH through a new era of creative excellence. From professional tennis player to semi-pro skater, an ad course in Falmouth to BBH's door, Felipe's experience has been as varied and fearless as the work his department produces. He has been behind some of BBH's best-known work, ripping up the OOH rulebook with Tesco `ICONS', sparking a nationwide debate with Burger King `Bundles of Joy', helping Mentos take over Fortnite with the explosive `Fizzooka' and breaking the internet with Chupa Chups' `Impossible'. His work has been awarded at every industry show including D&AD, Creative Circle, British Arrows and Cannes Lions. Alongside his advertising career, Felipe is also a Creative Director for London fashion brand clothsurgeon. He has worked with designer Rav Matharu for the last nine years, designing, art directing and styling the last six.

Pippa Glucklich

NED & Board Advisor

Pippa is an influential leader in the advertising, media and digital industry, with over 30 years’ experience driving sustainable commercial growth across both global networks and independent agencies. A member of the leadership team that led the sale of independent agency BLM to Havas, she has held CEO roles at Starcom, Dentsu and, most recently, independent media agency Electric Glue, chaired by Sir John Hegarty.

Deeply committed to company culture and to supporting women to achieve their ambitions, Pippa is a past President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership), a former long-standing trustee of industry charity NABS, and Chair of timeTo, the industry initiative to end sexual harassment.

She has recently transitioned to a portfolio career; alongside her advisory roles on the News Alliance and founder of the recently launched not for profit MPG, Media Planning Group, her non-executive appointments include council member and board director of the Advertising Standards Authority; Vice Chair of mental health charity Mind UK; board advisor at Sport England and chair of the English Sport Development Trust, the subsidiary body of Sport England that oversees influential and award winning campaigns such as ‘This Girl Can’.

Kelly Williams

Managing Director, Commercial, ITV

Kelly joined ITV in 2011 as Group Commercial Director. He was promoted to Managing Director, Commercial and appointed to the Management Board in 2014.

He is the Chair of the Board of Thinkbox, the marketing body for commercial TV in the UK and a member of the BARB Strategy Board, he also sits on the RTL AdAlliance Association Board.

He has responsibility for all commercial advertising deals across the ITV family of channels.

Prior to joining ITV, Kelly was the Sales Director at Channel 5 and prior to that held various positions at UKTV, Sky and Thames Television.

Rak Patel

Chief Commercial Officer, Channel 4

Rak Patel joined Channel 4 in January 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer leading Channel 4 Sales, the commercial arm of Channel 4. Rak has responsibility for driving the organisation's advertising revenue. A key focus of the role is to accelerate the commercial elements of Channel 4's Fast Forward strategy, maximising revenues as it transitions from linear to digital, while pursuing new partnerships and expanding into new areas of digital growth.

Rak most recently was Head of Sales EMEA at Spotify. Here he was responsible for showcasing the value of advertising on Spotify for brands and marketers and the platform's unique proposition in the marketplace. Having been in the advertising industry for close to twenty five years, Rak has spent his career on the commercial side of media and platform businesses. Starting at EMAP, Rak has also spent time at The Financial Times, Microsoft and Auto Trader.

Elliott Millard

Chief Strategy Officer, Thinkbox

After a career spent mainly at media agencies including Wavemaker, OMD and Starcom, Elliott made the switch to Thinkbox, the UK marketing body for commercial TV, because of deep seated belief in the effectiveness of the platform and a long standing admiration for the work that they do. In the newly created CSO role, he leads the planning and research team with an ambition of helping agencies and advertisers make brilliant decisions to make the most out of TV advertising in all its forms.

Elliott has worked with some of the most celebrated TV advertisers – from retail and FMCG with Procter & Gamble, Heinz and Lidl to giants of entertainment in Disney or Paramount, and tech / start up brands like Samsung, Uber and Airbnb.

He is a regular industry speaker and judge and is (or was) a regular member of Campaign’s Planner of the Year lists and has won awards including Cannes Lions, IPA Effectiveness and the first ever UK Grand Effie.

Lindsey Clay

Chief Executive, Thinkbox

Following a career in advertising at agencies including McCann Erickson and J Walter Thompson, Lindsey's love of telly drew her to Thinkbox, the UK marketing body for commercial TV, where she now leads the brilliant team who make it their mission to help brands get the best out of today's TV.

Lindsey is a passionate and persuasive advocate of the power of TV advertising, the benefits of gender equality and the joy of netball. A regular industry speaker, commentator and awards judge, Lindsey is a former founding President of the Global TV Group, a Fellow of the Marketing Society, an Honorary Fellow of the IPA and a member of the Marketing Group of Great Britain. She is also a member and former President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communication Leadership), a member of The Women of the Year Alumnae and a Top 50 Women Gamechanger in TV.

Lindsey is a Trustee of The Rank Foundation and until recently Chaired the Rank Fellowship, its School Leadership Award alumni group. She also serves as a non-exec director of its TV production company, CTVC.

When not working, or watching telly with her family, she plays for Weston Park in the North London Netball League.
