Lucas Reis, group creative director, W+K London, started his career in Salvador, Brazil in 2008, before moving to São Paulo to work for major creative networks (JWT, DDB, BBDO), then to Madrid (LOLA MullenLowe) and finally to London (Mother, W&K). He’s worked on campaigns for KFC, Ikea, Amazon Prime and Stella Artois. He’s now group creative director at Wieden & Kennedy, leading the Ford Europe account with Alex. He likes to draw faces in meetings. He swears it helps him concentrate.
Alex Sattlecker is a creative director at W+K London, where she runs the Ford Europe account together with Lucas. Originally from Austria, she’s a trained ski instructor and budding portrait painter, having done a stint at a New York Art School, should you ever require any such services.
Miller "Downhill"
Mother’s TV ad for Miller was directed by Frédéric Planchon and follows a man who leaves a party on his bicycle to buy more beer, only to discover that both the journey to the shop and the ride home are improbably downhill. The cleverly looped, gravity-defying film turned a simple errand into a playful visual metaphor for Miller’s smooth, easy-going brand personality.

Hornbach "The square meter"
Hornbach’s “The square meter” reimagines what can be achieved in the smallest of spaces. It won a Film Craft Grand Prix at Cannes Lions 2024 Winner, as well as two Gold and one Silver in Film Craft. It also won a Gold Award in Film Craft at Clios 2024.
