Regan Warner is an award-winning executive creative director at McCann London committed to redefining storytelling and output that consistently sparks change.
Her work on Xbox’s “The everyday tactician” – winner of the Titanium Lion in Cannes in 2024 and many other awards – proved that playing games can transform potential into reality, for example. “As early as five” for Dove exposed race-based hair discrimination. And “The non-issue” for L’Oreal Paris challenged ageism in beauty.
Regan is also a fierce advocate for creative talent. She mentors through SheSays and Lollipop Mentoring; she has spoken at Creative Equals; and she has helped lead returner creatives for Creative Comeback London. In 2020, she made the official 40 over Forty list.

Frontline 19: Sicker than the patients
Frontline 19 provides a free mental health support service for those who care for others but often struggle to care for themselves In this spot, revealing the mental health crisis facing NHS frontline workers, a stark, CCTV-style aesthetic is used to depict healthcare professionals in quiet moments of emotional distress. Created by Adam&Eve/DDB, the film opens with a sombre shot of an ambulance’s interior, where a worker sits in shock staring at the wall after treating a patient. A series of similarly harrowing sequences then follow.

Nike: So win
Nike's first Super Bowl ad in 27 years, this ad features prominent elite female athletes from the brand’s iconic roster. In the 60-second film, Jordan Chiles, Caitlin Clark, Sabrina Ionescu, Sha’Carri Richardson, A’ja Wilson and Sophia are among those addressing the societal limitations and criticisms so often directed at women in sports. Voiced by Grammy-winning rapper Doechii and featuring the Led Zeppelin track Whole lotta love, the film, edited in a monochrome grade, encourages athletes to persevere and redefine success on their own terms.

Brightstor: Amnesia
This witty, offbeat and sharply executed ad uses slapstick comedy to deliver a memorable message about the critical importance of secure data back-up. The action starts with three colleagues preparing for a meeting. But disaster strikes when one is knocked unconscious by an open storage cabinet. Then, as another assistant raises the manager’s hopes by claiming to have the same vital information, he too meets a similarly absurd and incapacitating fate. In under 30 seconds, the ad cleverly showcases the need for a reliable backup system.
