UKTV’s Zoë Clapp joins Thinkbox board

London, 2 February 2017: Thinkbox announced today that Zoë Clapp, UKTV’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, is joining its board.

Clapp replaces Jan Gooze-Zijl, UKTV’s Chief Financial and Operations Officer, who was the previous UKTV Thinkbox board director.

The other board shareholder directors are Jonathan Allan, Sales Director, Channel 4; Kelly Williams, Managing Director of Commercial, ITV; John Litster, Managing Director, Sky Media; and Andrew Mallandaine, Sales Director, Turner Media innovations. Together, Thinkbox’s shareholders represent over 99% of commercial TV advertising revenue through their owned and partner TV channels.

The Thinkbox board is currently chaired by Andrew Mallandaine. The Chair is a rolling position which is held for a year before it passes to another Thinkbox shareholder director.

At UKTV, Clapp is responsible for the Communications, Creative, Digital, Marketing and Media departments. She is a member of the executive board and is in charge of maintaining and building on the viewership and reputation of UKTV’s network of award-winning brands. She also oversees UKTV’s in-house high-tech production facility.
