Do NOT get distracted by the mansion block opposite numbered 21-30 that confusingly has a flat 22.  People make this mistake so often the residents have put up a little brass plaque to redirect people.  We’re in a commercial office building: if you can’t see the words “Manning House” you’re in the wrong place.  Manning House is the last building on the right hand side of the street (if you are coming from Victoria St) at the corner of Carlisle Place and Francis St.
