For all sorts of good and very proper reasons some of the stuff on our site can only be viewed by registered users. So please log in to view the films, or register if you don’t already have a log in. You can do both of these things on the way to the content you want to view. Just click on an image below. Registration only takes a moment, will set you up nicely to access further restricted access content on this site and will also ensure you get our twice-monthly newsletter. Marvellous!
We’ll be adding new categories over the coming months and introducing nickable expert quotes as well, so it’s worth popping back from time to time to what’s here.

Web TV is gaining momentum, but what do viewers of online TV make of it all and what is its relationship to broadcast? Here are some thoughts from viewers who do both. We’ve neatly segmented their remarks into the following nickable montages; attitudes to online, benefits, catch up, discovery, viewing mindset, quality of experience and new opportunities to view.
Focus group footage taken from the ‘qualitative’ stage of Thinkbox’s “TV Sponsorship: a brand’s best friend” research. Groups of viewers were questioned at length about several, live TV sponsorships and about television sponsorship overall. We’ve arranged their comments into four aspects of TV Sponsorship; fame, the creative, break punctuation and dayparts.
Here you can catch up with some ‘digital consumers’; people who own a digital TV and use broadband internet, and are medium to heavy users of each. We asked them about how they used and engaged with TV and online in a natural context so we could explore the combined effectiveness of TV advertising plus online advertising. Their thoughts are arranged into four clip montages: Direct Response to TV; combined effects of advertising; concurrent behaviour and the roles of each type of advertising
How do people describe the role of TV in their lives? How important is being able to share a broader collective TV experience and what people think of TV ads? All good questions. Here’s a quick montage of opinions from one of our focus groups.
TV focus group footage and insight served up in bite size chunks, and ready to pop into your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation.
On the menu for you at the moment are … clips in which viewers talk about TV Sponsorship; how TV and Online work together: what they think of Web TV and some good quotes on TV and TV ads.
